This time I made hand rest so that its more convenient to work with laptop or computers!

Its more like wrist -rest while your fingers work with the mouse!

This year my resolution would be to spend as much as time on crafts! I know its a wishful thinking but still.....

Because so far all of my resolutions are dashed by the time the year reaches the month of March ! So this year I have kept it Simple..

for past couple of months I am much facinated with simple sewing projects!

So this is another post on Fridge handle Cover!

I have found hand written words can give a beautiful effect as long as its done in smaller size.Hence i have tried this to do on this old (not Vintage)  piece of silk!

Honestly I wanted to create a vintage look this time! Bead works and Tassels are the things which I love after the Gold paint!

In reality it looks quite neat!

Acrylic painting!

Hi

I have been experimenting with both Acrylic and Oil these days !

I am  interested to try new surfaces to paint on  to hone my painting skills,as well!

This ceramic plate ,was about to be thrown away ,since  it was way too old and a crack had appeared across it..I took it for experimental painting.

Before I could paint on it I had to use glass etch paste make the surface workable !

Next it was a time to have some acrylic experimentation!

I love this portrait of a parrot hence decided to give it a try!

I had made a post  on Fridge handle cover earlier!HERE you can see it!

I was looking for some variations and inspirations for making another one..but I failed to find anything Desi.

Hence this time I made it myself ..with traditional mirror work,and hand embroidery!

Flower Covered with POP

I am a pin -addict,and this idea was taken form one of the PIN board

The old plastic flowers can be renewed if you dip it in to a creamy solution of PLASTER OF PARIS and water.

then let it dry!

and this idea was perfect for me since I had lots of old hair clips with flower embellishments!

I was too sentimental to throw those away,just because they had become old and colors got faded!

I just dipped those in to POP solution and painted it!

In my case,the flowers had no stems .hence I used a wire and bit of M-Seal!

then, wrapped with floral tape!

This is my air-dry clay project.

My inspiration was Cherry Blossoms!

Although the leaves were inspired by some other plants!
